CSI (Cardio Strength Intervals)
Offered on W/F @ 6:30am and Sunday nights @ 7pm. This is a 1 hour high intensity class that alternates between strength exercises and cardiovascular exercise. Equipment may include treadmill, free weights, elliptical, stability balls and more. The options are endless!
SEALS
SEALS is held on location on Tuesdays and at the gym on Thursdays, 6:15pm. Circuit style class that is always fresh - different everytime, and gives you a total body workout. One thing that for certain is you will get a great workout in a fun supportive environment.

Offered at Fit 4 U! exclusively, this is a 45 min workout that uses your own body weight in the suspended form to create a workout like no other. Every aspect of this workout engages the CORE muscles. All levels and abilities can benefit from this class. Space is limited, RSVP is required.
